Editing ethics of scientific publications

The Editorial Board:

  • is responsible for all materials to be published and undertakes to ensure high quality and authenticity of materials to be published;
  • in case numerous unscrupulous borrowings are detected the editors act in accordance with the rules of Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE);
  • informs an organization ( institution)with which the author is in labor relations at primary employment on the author's repeated publications of the article, in full or partially, in the same or different scientific journals;
  • makes decisions only on the basis of scientific qualities of articles and takes full responsibility for its decisions;
  • makes sure that the review of materials should be based solely on scientific grounds and the authors should not be biased to cite specific publications on unscientific grounds;
  • undertakes to observe the confidentiality of the reviewers' personal data. Yet, if the reviewers want to disclose their names they are not, they are not forbidden;
  • ensures inadmissibility of using for personal purposes the data obtained from manuscripts submitted for consideration without the author's consent in writing;
  • adheres to transparency policy on financial and non-financial conflicts of interests and requires that the authors should mention them in the article at least those that could affect the readers' content awareness;
  • seeks to ensure that the journal should conform to general standards accepted in scientific literature;
  • encourages holding scientific debates on the journal pages.
