The Editorial Council

The Editorial Council is a coordinating and advisory body that (together with the Editorial Board) defines the overall development strategy of the journal.

The Editorial Board and the Editorial Council involve leadings scientists in the field of humanitarian and legal expertise from higher education establishments of Russia and foreign countries as well as representatives of state power bodies and institutions who have made a significant contribution to the development of their respective areas of expertise. The chairperson exercises the leadership of the journal's Editorial Council. The Editor-in-Chief heads the Editorial Board of the journal. The Editorial Board consists of the Editor-in-Chief, deputy Editor-in-Chief, Executive Secretary and other members of the Editorial Board.
